In the, unlikely, event that you are unhappy with your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. Buyer pays return postage and the item should be returned in its original packaging (where possible). A refund of the order value will be issued on receipt of the returned item. We regret that we cannot offer refunds for customised/bespoke /Personalised items, Unless these are damaged. In the, again hopefully unlikely, event of damage to your order, please let us know immediately and, at minimum, within 3 days of receiving your order. We require that you either return the damaged item to us or send evidence of the damage in the form of photographs before we can issue a refund or send a replacement. If your item does not arrive and you have not selected Tracked shipping, we are afraid we are unable to provide any information on it's whereabouts. Occasionally orders are returned to us if the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or if a delivery note was left and the item was not called for by the recipient. In this case, we will contact you and you can decide if you would like to pay for us to re-send it. An item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail has not delivered it at the place to which it is addressed by the end of the tenth working day at which point we will contact you to determine how you would like to proceed.

DELIVERY PROBLEMS
Occasionally orders are returned to us if the address provided was incorrect, incomplete or if a delivery note was left and the item was not called for by the recipient.
In this case, we will contact you via the email address that placed the order and you can decide if you would like to pay for us to re-send it or if you would prefer a refund.
If you do not re-arrange delivery with us within 28 days of the notice, we will dispose of the product and no refund will be processed.
LOSS
UK orders: Our standard delivery service is via Royal Mail and, unless Tracked Delivery has been selected, we are unable to provide any information on the whereabouts of your order in the shipping process.
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors and service levels in different regions. An item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail hasn’t delivered by the due date plus 10 working days. Please contact us if your item has not arrived by this time.
International orders:
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors, including customs and border checks. An item shall be deemed as lost if Royal Mail hasn’t delivered by the due date plus 25 working days. Please contact us if your item has not arrived by this time.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not not except cancellations. If you wish to return your order then please let us know within 3 days of delivery, you will be responsible for return postage costs. Please return in the original packaging and in perfect condition. Once the item is received by us we will process your refund. Any items not returned in the original condition, will not be refunded. We highly recommended that you return the item using a tracked service, as if we do not receive the item back we cannot issue a refund. Please be aware all returns must be returned to us within 14 days for a refund. This does not apply to Personalised/bespoke, custom items.
Can I return a Personalised/bespoke/custom order?
Unfortunately these are non refundable, unless they arrived damaged. Please contact us if this is the case.
