Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

1. Items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery.
2. Returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
3. Customized or personalized items including stitched blouse and saree with Fall & Pico are not eligible for return or exchange unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
4. Returns and exchanges are only applicable for garments purchased directly from Ada Creations’ website. Items purchased from third-party retailers or wholesalers must be returned to the respective seller as per their return policy.

Return Process:

a) Fill out the Return Form available on our website with the following details:
a. Order number
b. Item(s) to be returned
c. Reason for return
b) Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging along with the completed Return Form.
c) Ship the package to the address provided on the Return Form using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.
d) Once we receive the returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will issue a credit note for the amount paid for the returned item(s).
e) The credit note amount will be added to your customer wallet on our website, which can be used towards your next purchase.

Exchange Process:

a) Fill out the Exchange Form available on our website with the following details:
a. Order number
b. Item(s) to be exchanged
c. Desired replacement item(s) (size, color, style, etc.)
d. Reason for exchange
b) Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging along with the completed Exchange Form.
c) Ship the package to the address provided on the Exchange Form using a trackable shipping method at your own expense.
d) Once we receive the exchanged item(s) and verify their condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item(s) to you.
e) If there is a price difference between the returned item(s) and the replacement item(s), we will adjust the credit note accordingly and add the remaining amount to your customer wallet or you can pay the difference amount by adding amount in wallet or pay by the way of Cash on Delivery (COD).

Conditions for Acceptance of Returns and Exchanges:

1. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the items do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
2. In case of defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately upon receipt with photographic evidence, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our discretion.
3. The shipping cost (INR 200/-) is to be borne by the customer if we are arranging for the pickup and same will be adjusted in credit note.
4. Generally, returns or exchange are not applicable on discounted products.
5. Pre-order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
6. As most of the products are hand made by local artisans, slight variation might be there in design to maintain its uniqueness. Clearance/sale products may have slight defect.

Customer Wallet and Credit Note:

1. The credit note issued for returns or exchanges will be added to your customer wallet on our website.
2. The credit note amount can be used towards your next purchase on our website and will be automatically deducted from the total amount at checkout.
3. Credit notes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
